Capital-Structure Stability • No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled. • No buy-backs, redemptions, or treasury-share transactions occurred.

Administrative Details • The return was submitted on 02 April 2026 by Joint Company Secretary Li Zhuoxing.

With all key metrics unchanged, TIANYU SEMI’s share structure remained stable throughout March 2026, and regulatory float levels were fully met.
