Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (HKEX) has announced the renewal of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFE). The agreement aims to deepen engagement and collaboration between the two exchanges to jointly promote the healthy development of the financial markets in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Under the renewed MOU, the two parties will explore potential cooperation in products and business operations, enhance the sharing of research findings and experiences, and facilitate personnel exchanges and training collaborations. The signing ceremony was witnessed by senior officials from both sides, with representatives from HKEX and CFFE formally executing the document.
Moving forward, both exchanges will deepen their cooperation under the framework of this memorandum.
