Shangri-La Asia Requests Shareholder Choices on Digital or Printed Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-23

On 24 April 2026, Shangri-La Asia Limited informed registered shareholders that they must confirm or update their preferred method and language for receiving all future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, electronic-only sustainability reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders have four options: 1. Receive an electronic version via the company website with e-mail or postal notification of publication; 2. Receive printed English copies only; 3. Receive printed Chinese copies only; or 4. Receive printed copies in both languages.

The company encourages selection of the electronic option for faster access and environmental benefits. Shareholders are asked to return the completed Reply Form (“Form A”) to the branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by e-mail, fax or post within one month of the letter date—that is, on or before 24 May 2026. Those who do not respond by the deadline will be deemed to have chosen the electronic version.

Preferences can be changed at any time without charge by submitting a new instruction to the registrar. Printed copies of future corporate communications will remain available on request, while electronic versions will be posted on Shangri-La Asia’s investor relations website (www.ir.shangri-la.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
