XIMEI RESOURCES lifts issued share count by 34.10 million shares via HKD 16.10 placing, expanding share base by 8.97%

Hong Kong–listed Ximei Resources Holding Limited reported that it allotted and issued 34.10 million new ordinary shares on 10 June 2026 under a general mandate, according to the company’s Monthly Return for the month ended 30 June 2026 submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026. The new shares were placed at HKD 16.10 each as disclosed in earlier announcements dated 3 and 8 June 2026.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) rose to 414.10 million shares from 380.00 million shares, marking an 8.97% increase. No treasury shares are held.

Authorised share capital remains unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million.

Ximei Resources confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% following the share placement.

The filing further notes that the company has no outstanding share options, warrants, or convertible securities, and no share repurchases or redemptions occurred during the reporting month.

The Monthly Return was signed by Company Secretary Mr. Chang Eric Jackson, confirming compliance with all relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
