Deep News19:42

Following the last adjustment on May 8th, international crude oil prices have experienced volatility, initially rising before subsequently falling. The average price over the ten working days preceding this adjustment was higher than the average over the ten days before the previous adjustment. In accordance with changes in international oil market prices, the domestic retail prices for gasoline and diesel (standard product) will be increased by 75 yuan and 70 yuan per tonne, respectively, effective from 24:00 on May 21st. On a national average, this translates to an increase of 0.06 yuan per litre for 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and 0-grade diesel. For a typical 50-litre fuel tank, filling up with 92-octane gasoline will now cost approximately 3 yuan more.

On the afternoon of May 21st, the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice regarding the adjustment of refined oil product prices. Based on the price adjustment information published on the website of the National Development and Reform Commission, the province's maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel are announced as follows, effective from 24:00 on May 21st, 2026.

Notes: 1. The prices listed include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban construction tax, and education surcharges. 2. The listed gasoline and diesel prices are for products that meet the mandatory National Standard VI B for gasoline and National Standard VI for diesel. 3. In accordance with the "National Development and Reform Commission Notice on Reducing Domestic Refined Oil Prices" (Development and Reform Electricity [2015] No. 10), the specific price for 98-octane gasoline is to be independently determined by refined oil production and operation enterprises based on market conditions.
