Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. (Chery Auto) announced a senior management reshuffle, effective 23 September 2026. Executive Director Zhang Guozhong has stepped down from the post of executive vice president, while senior management member Zhang Guibing has been promoted to the same role.
The Board, chaired by Yin Tongyue, conveyed its congratulations to Zhang Guibing on the new appointment. No other changes to the Board composition were disclosed.
As of the announcement date, Chery Auto’s Board comprises two executive directors (Yin Tongyue and Zhang Guozhong), eight non-executive directors, and six independent non-executive directors.
