    Last month inflation was 7.9%, the highest since 1982. Many analysts expect it to go even higher in the months ahead. Last week, FED raised interest rate by 25 basis points, the first since 2018. Another 6 more rate hikes are expected this year. Going forward, the interest rate hikes and Fed tapering her bloated balance sheet will affect the rosy prospect of the US economy.
