CBHB (09668) Holds Operational Skills Competition, Engaging Nearly 8,000 Participants to Strengthen Risk Management and Financial Security

In April 2026, CBHB (09668) successfully conducted its fifth comprehensive operational skills competition. Centered on the theme "Fortifying Risk Defenses and Safeguarding Financial Security," the event focused on frontline practical areas such as anti-fraud prevention, counterfeit currency detection, and payment service optimization. It spurred a wave of professional training and skills competition through practical drills and contests. The competition combined a "timed, large-scale online knowledge quiz" with "theme-based presentations on optimizing payment services and anti-fraud/counterfeit measures," garnering enthusiastic participation across the bank. A total of 1,956 operational staff participated in the online knowledge segment, while 5,888 employees voted on presentation submissions from across the institution. Prior to the competition, various branches organized extensive training sessions and developed theme-based presentations based on real cases, translating anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit knowledge into actionable skills. This approach fostered an environment that equally emphasizes compliance and business proficiency through competition-driven learning and practice. After multiple rounds of competition, 17 branches, 35 outstanding business outlets, and 90 individuals were recognized with awards. The event fully demonstrated the proactive, diligent, and excellence-driven spirit of CBHB's operational personnel. It effectively leveraged competition to promote learning, practice, and application, continuously enhancing frontline staff's practical capabilities in combating fraud and counterfeiting, thereby helping clients protect their assets at the source.
