COUNTRY GARDEN (02007) announced that on January 26, 2026, it issued 1 billion capitalization shares pursuant to a shareholder loan capitalization agreement entered into with the company and Victory Limited.
On the same day, it also issued 95.5138 million shares in connection with a zero-coupon mandatory convertible bond (Mandatory Convertible Bond (A)) maturing 78 months from June 30, 2025; and 406,500 shares in connection with a zero-coupon mandatory convertible bond (Mandatory Convertible Bond (B)) maturing 114 months from June 30, 2025.
