在业务结构方面,公司通过门店焕新与线上线下渠道融合,强化零售终端与会员运营,并深入推进“嘎嘎香”复合调味产品线,加速了多元化布局。海外扩张亦取得进展,于马来西亚开设了首家境外直营门店,实现国际化探索的实质性落地。
成本控制及经营效率的提升令公司当期毛利与利润水平均有所上扬,利润前税总额达2.36亿人民币,同比增长58.1%。公司2025年度拟派发每股0.09港元的末期股息,约占全年净利润的107.2%,仍待股东大会审议批准。
在公司治理与风险管控上,周黑鸭进一步完善了董事会及各专门委员会的职能,持续关注门店扩张带来的租金及原材料价格波动,同时强化了内部审计与合规管理。公司表示,未来将继续聚焦复合调味品与海外市场拓展,配合数字化营销和渠道下沉,不断夯实竞争优势并优化资源配置。
