On October 19, METIS TECHBIO-P entered into a collaboration with globally renowned multinational pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly on the world's largest AI-driven extrahepatic LNP delivery platform deal by total transaction value, which also marks China's first generative AI-LNP platform strategic collaboration.

Under this landmark strategic partnership, valued at up to US$1.1 billion, the two parties will focus on the research and discovery of novel LNP (lipid nanoparticle) delivery solutions, aiming to explore tissue-specific delivery solutions that support multiple therapeutic modalities.

As METIS TECHBIO's self-developed AI nanodelivery platform, NanoForge employs a proprietary integrated innovation framework combining "dry lab + wet lab + intelligent agents," and has achieved a complete chain covering AI protein generation, in vivo delivery technology, and next-generation immunotherapy development.

In recent years, the NanoForge platform, a key Biological AI infrastructure independently developed by METIS TECHBIO, has gained broad recognition from international professional investment institutions and leading multinational pharmaceutical companies. The major strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly clearly once again validates NanoForge's strong capability to continuously generate globally valuable innovative assets.
