JD.com Launches Self-operated Robot Rental Service with 27 Offline Experience Stores Nationwide

On December 31st, the JD X Unitree global flagship store opened at JD MALL (Beijing Shuangjing location). During the event, the head of JD's Robotics Embodied AI business revealed that JD.com has launched a self-operated robot rental service, enabling people to experience the changes that robotic technology brings to life in a more cost-effective and flexible manner.

She stated that JD.com is continuously expanding the offline application scenarios for robotics. JD MALL, as an offline super experience center, has currently opened 27 stores nationwide. These super experience stores range in size from 30,000 to 80,000 square meters, where visitors can experience the applications of robots in various scenarios such as smart home, education, elderly care, and entertainment.
