Shanghai Iluvatar CoreX (9903) Announces Board Composition and Committee Roles

Shanghai Iluvatar CoreX Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 9903) has released details of its Board structure, naming four executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.

Four executive directors oversee company operations and include Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gai Lujiang, along with Mr. Sun Yile, Mr. Liu Zheng, and Mr. Yang Lei (employee representative director). The non-executive director is Mr. Wang Chen. Independent non-executive directors are Dr. Teng Yong, Mr. Ren Jintao, and Dr. Wang Yan.

Three committees report to the Board. The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Ren, with Dr. Teng and Dr. Wang as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Dr. Teng, with membership including Mr. Gai, Mr. Ren, and Dr. Wang. The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Dr. Wang, with members Mr. Gai and Mr. Ren.
