Giant Biogene names Au-Yeung Nelly as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent

Giant Biogene Holding Co., Ltd announced that Ms. Yuen Wing Yan, Winnie has resigned as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and Process Agent under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance, effective 8 April 2026. Ms. Yuen confirmed she has no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Au-Yeung Nelly is appointed to all three roles. A Senior Manager of Corporate Services at Tricor Services Ltd., Ms. Au-Yeung brings over 10 years of corporate secretarial experience and currently serves as (joint) company secretary for several other Hong Kong-listed firms. She is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (2011) and a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2018).

Following the changes, Ms. Yan Yubo remains as the other Joint Company Secretary, complying with Listing Rule 3.28 requirements.

The Board extended its appreciation to Ms. Yuen for her contributions and welcomed Ms. Au-Yeung to her new positions.
