    Indeed there were a couple of "tug-wars" with opening up borders & closing prior to this. There are friends who've had their families caught Covid, mentioning that it's a disaster especially during the "hot period" of the Delta Plus variant. I kept thinking we should be doing better than India (the D+ variant should ease off more quickly), but I was wrong. Let's see how the country will fare again with Omicron then we'll be clear to see, whether this fight against the odds can improve or not.
