Shenzhen Honor Electronic Co., Ltd. (300870.SZ) has issued an announcement stating that its controlling shareholder, Nanjing Wang Yue Ke Wang Venture Capital Partnership (referred to as "Wang Yue Ke Wang"), plans to reduce its shareholding in the company.
The reduction will be conducted through block trades within three months starting fifteen trading days after the date of the announcement.
The total number of shares to be sold will not exceed 2.1 million, representing no more than 1.91% of the company's total share capital.
