CSSC SHIPPING (03877) has announced a significant leadership change, effective from August 24, 2026. Mr. Li Hongtao has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer to dedicate more time to his other business commitments.

Following his resignation as CEO, Mr. Li will continue to serve as the company's Board Chairman, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee, and Chairman of the ESG and Sustainability Committee. In conjunction with this transition, Executive Director Mr. Liu Hui has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, also effective from August 24, 2026.
