Turkish landfill gas power operator Yesil Global Enerji (PWRU.US) submitted an application for an initial public offering (IPO) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday, aiming to raise up to $86 million. Yesil Global Enerji is a Turkish renewable energy company that develops and operates landfill gas power plants, converting landfill gas and biogas from municipal solid waste into grid-stable electricity. The company operates six landfill gas power facilities in Turkey, including the Avcikoru power plant, which is the country's largest waste-to-energy facility by generating capacity. Yesil Global Enerji supplies electricity to the national grid and industrial customers, and through its wholly-owned subsidiary Power Upp USA, it is evaluating opportunities to enter geothermal and natural gas projects in the United States. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company reported revenue of $53 million for the twelve months ended June 30, 2025. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PWRU. Yesil Global Enerji confidentially submitted its application on November 12, 2025. D. Boral Capital is acting as the exclusive book-running manager for the transaction.
