Hong Kong, 3 August 2026 — Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC purchased a total of 3.25 million shares linked to the company on 31 July 2026 while acting as a Class (5) associate of the Offeror in the ongoing delisting process.

The transactions, executed to hedge Delta 1 products arising from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders, were structured as equity-swap-type securities rather than direct on-market trades.

• Transaction breakdown: – 1.25 million shares for USD 0.56 million at USD 0.45 per share. – 2.00 million shares for USD 0.89 million at USD 0.45 per share.

• Aggregate figures: – Total shares: 3.25 million. – Total consideration: USD 1.45 million. – Price range: USD 0.45–USD 0.45 per share.
