On May 6, Bank of Nanjing announced that it has received approval from the Jiangsu Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration for Yin Jianjun to serve as Business Director. The approval document, referenced as Su Jin Fu [2026] No. 125, confirms Yin Jianjun's qualification for the role.
Yin Jianjun's term as Business Director of Bank of Nanjing will take effect from the date of regulatory approval and will continue until the expiration of the company's tenth board of directors term.
