Seres Group Co., Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 29 April 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2026. The meeting agenda also includes the potential discussion of additional corporate matters.
The notification, released in Hong Kong on 17 April 2026, was signed by Chairperson and Executive Director Mr. Zhang Zhengping on behalf of the Board. The Board currently comprises four executive directors, four non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
