SF Intra-City Repurchases 231.40 Thousand H Shares, Utilizes 9.6% of Current Buyback Mandate

Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) disclosed that on 9 October 2026 it repurchased 231,400 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company paid between HKD 8.64 and HKD 8.74 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 8.68, for a total consideration of HKD 2.01 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0255% to 735.34 million, while treasury shares increased to 10.27 million. The aggregate share count—including treasury shares—remains unchanged at 745.61 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval on 8 June 2026 to repurchase up to 74.25 million shares, SF Intra-City has bought back 7.15 million shares in total, equivalent to 0.78% of the company’s share base at the time the mandate was granted. This represents roughly 9.6% of the authorized repurchase limit.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, SF Intra-City is now subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 8 November 2026—during which it cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
