On November 24, Tianjin Port Co.,Ltd. signed an agreement with the Administrative Committee of Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone to establish a joint venture, Tianjin Dongjiang Port City Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. This collaboration marks a key step in deepening the integration of port, industry, and urban development, signaling a new phase of high-quality growth for Dongjiang's cultural tourism sector.

Both parties will enhance coordination in policy support, resource allocation, and operational guarantees to optimize cultural tourism resources and drive the upgrading of marine tourism industries. Under the agreement, Tianjin Port Co.,Ltd. will contribute high-quality assets, including Dongjiang Bay Beach and Kanhaixuan properties, providing dual support as "core attractions + service platforms" for resource integration and industrial expansion.

The Dongjiang Administrative Committee will assist in regional tourism planning, infrastructure development, and investment promotion to facilitate the new group's business growth. Moving forward, Tianjin Dongjiang Port City Cultural Tourism Group will actively introduce premium resources, integrate coastal tourism elements, and refine its industrial layout to build the "Charming Colorful City, Dongjiang Marine Island" brand. As a state-owned enterprise, it will further advance Dongjiang's cultural tourism sector, injecting new momentum into regional development.
