Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on May 29th, BlackRock acquired an additional 21.288 million shares of KINGDEE INT'L (HKEX: 00268).
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$7.2751 per share, amounting to a total investment of around HK$1.55 billion.
Following this purchase, BlackRock's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 255 million shares, representing a 7.2% ownership stake.
