Esprit Holdings Limited announced a series of senior‐management changes effective 16 September 2026.
Appointment of Benny Kwong • Benny Kwong, aged 67, joins the Board as Executive Director, Managing Director and member of the General Committee. • Kwong previously served as Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Blue River Holdings. • He owns 4.32 million Esprit shares, representing approximately 1.5 % of outstanding equity. • Remuneration is set at HK$150,000 per month, inclusive of housing allowance. • Kwong also becomes the company’s authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05, replacing Li Hui.
Re-designation of Bradley Stephen Wright • Wright, aged 60, is elevated from Acting Chairman to Chairman of the Board. • He remains Chair of the Nomination Committee and a member of both the Risk Management and General Committees. • Monthly salary is HK$109,375.
Resignation of Li Hui • Li Hui resigns as Executive Director and General Committee member to focus on other responsibilities. She continues as Head of Legal (Asia) for the Group. • The Board notes no disagreement or issues requiring shareholder attention in connection with her departure.
Revised Board and Committee Composition Following the changes, Esprit’s nine‐member Board comprises four Executive Directors, one Non-executive Director and four Independent Non-executive Directors. Key committee leadership is unchanged except for Kwong’s addition to the General Committee.
The company states that no further disclosures are required under Rule 13.51(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
