FE HORIZON (03360) announced on October 28, 2025, that the company has drawn under its program to privately place and issue notes with a total principal amount of JPY 8 billion. The notes are exempt from registration requirements under securities regulations and are denominated in Japanese yen.
The company intends to allocate all or part of the net proceeds, or their equivalent, exclusively for financing and/or refinancing green projects and social projects, in accordance with its sustainable financing framework.
