Following this reduction, the latest shareholding stands at approximately 293 million shares, representing 62.22% of the total. The transaction involved other related parties: Chen Bingqiang and Liang Yinsheng. Additional information: Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited is wholly-owned by Mr. Chen Bingqiang. Under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Mr. Chen Bingqiang is deemed to have an interest in the shares of SANVO CHEMICALS held by Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited. As Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited has completed the sale of 11.31 million shares, Mr. Chen Bingqiang's interest in SANVO CHEMICALS shares has decreased. Ms. Liang Yinsheng, the spouse of Mr. Chen Bingqiang, is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by Mr. Chen Bingqiang through his controlled corporation, Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited. Consequently, with the sale of 11.31 million shares by Sanvo Fine Chemicals Limited, Ms. Liang Yinsheng's interest in SANVO CHEMICALS shares has also been reduced.
