Mexan to Seek Shareholders’ Approval for 50-to-1 Share Consolidation at 2 July 2026 SGM

Bulletin Express06-09

The board of Mexan Limited has dispatched a proxy form for a special general meeting (SGM) scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 2 July 2026, at 20/F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The sole ordinary resolution put forward requests shareholder approval to consolidate every fifty (50) issued ordinary shares of Mexan into one (1) ordinary share.

Registered shareholders may appoint the chairperson of the meeting—or another designated proxy—to vote on their behalf. Completed proxy forms, together with any required authorisations, must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, no later than 48 hours before the meeting’s commencement.

Attendance in person remains an option; submission of a proxy form will not preclude shareholders from voting at the SGM or any adjourned session.
