Hong Kong Stock Movement | DOBOT (02432) Drops Over 4% Again, Down 40% in Two Months; Company Completes Two Equity Financings in Four Months

DOBOT (02432) fell over 4% again, extending its cumulative decline to more than 40% since early October. At the time of writing, the stock was down 3.88% to HK$36.7, with a turnover of HK$49.09 million.

The company recently announced the placement of 16.66 million new H shares at HK$46.8 per share, raising approximately HK$771 million in net proceeds. The placement was completed on November 13. This marks DOBOT's second equity financing in four months, following a HK$1.022 billion fundraising in July, bringing the total raised to around HK$1.8 billion.

Notably, Lens Technology recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with DOBOT in Shenzhen. Under the agreement, Lens Technology will purchase 1,000 embodied intelligent robots from DOBOT in 2025.
