RAINMED-B Maintains Steady Share Capital in July; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Rainmed Medical Limited (abbreviation: RAINMED-B) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes to its share capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public float requirements.

Total authorised share capital remained at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.38 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.40 billion shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

RAINMED-B affirmed that more than the minimum 25% public float threshold stipulated under Main Board Rule 13.32B was maintained throughout the month.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 10 December 2021 (exercise price: HKD 3.90), 21.72 million options were outstanding as at 31 July 2026. There were no option exercises, cancellations, or new grants during the month, leaving the potential dilution unchanged. No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued.

The monthly return, filed on 3 August 2026 by Joint Company Secretary Zhang Liang, states that all regulatory and listing rule obligations have been duly met.
