The Hang Seng Tech Index rose more than 2% in trading. Among the index constituents, Lenovo Group surged over 15%, while Hua Hong Semiconductor advanced more than 12%. SMIC saw gains exceeding 10%, XPeng Inc. climbed over 6%, and NetEase increased by more than 3%.
