Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Zhaowei,” stock code 02692) has confirmed that its shares are set to commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 9, 2026. The Company issued a total of 26,748,300 H shares, including 2,674,900 H shares in the Hong Kong public offering and 24,073,400 H shares in the international offering. The final offer price was set at HK$71.28 per H share.

According to the announcement, the net proceeds from the global offering amount to HK$1,827.73 million, after deducting estimated listing expenses. The Hong Kong public offering recorded a subscription level of 1,536.76 times, while the international offering was 13.40 times subscribed. Upon completion of the global offering, the total issued share capital will be 267,482,700 shares. The Company has stated that approximately 10% of its total issued share capital will be held by the public, fulfilling relevant requirements for listing in Hong Kong.

Multiple cornerstone investors subscribed to the offering under six-month lock-up arrangements for their allocated shares. The Company also provided information on the allotment results and shareholder concentration to ensure transparency. Share certificates will become valid at 8:00 a.m. on March 9, 2026, subject to the global offering becoming unconditional and the absence of any underwriting termination before that time.
