STELLA HOLDINGS Ups Share Count by 2.53 Million via Option Exercise; Raises HK$19.61 Million

Stella International Holdings Limited reported that 2.53 million new ordinary shares were issued in April 2026 through the exercise of options under its 2017 Share Option Scheme.

The transaction raised HK$19.61 million in gross proceeds and lifted the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 843.87 million shares, up from 841.35 million at end-March. No treasury shares were held or transferred during the month.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.10, equivalent to HK$500.00 million. Post-exercise, 18.99 million options remain outstanding under the 2017 scheme, while the 2024 Share Option Scheme retains capacity to grant up to 81.03 million additional options.

Stella confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 April 2026.
