As a key project in Yancheng City, the Haili Large Megawatt Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Base is under intensive construction.
The main structure of the project has begun to take shape. At present, the exterior decoration of six individual buildings has essentially been completed, indoor decoration is 80% finished, and equipment has started arriving on site in succession, with all efforts focused on achieving the goal of completing the main structure within the year.
It is understood that the Haili Large Megawatt Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Base project involves a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covers approximately 224 mu of land.
The project focuses on the research and development, manufacturing, and final assembly of core structural components for offshore wind power. Its main products include wind power towers, pile foundations, jacket cages, booster stations, and jacket structures, among others, aiming to build a leading domestic offshore wind power equipment manufacturing base.
Once the project is completed and reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of 100 single-pile units (sets), 25 jacket units (sets), and 4 booster station units (sets), with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. It is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 2 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of 130 million yuan.
As a critical component of the offshore wind power industry chain in Binhai County, the project will effectively fill the gap in core structural component manufacturing, form upstream and downstream synergies with the existing wind power industry in the port area, further improve the regional offshore wind power full industry chain layout, and support the large-scale and intensive development of the local wind power industry.
