TAI KAM HLDGS (08321) has announced changes to its board of directors, effective March 26, 2026. Mr. Thanakon Kunna has resigned from his position as an executive director. Concurrently, Mr. Michael Stockford has been appointed as an executive director. Furthermore, Mr. Cong Chuanpu has been appointed as a non-executive director.
