As the 14th Five-Year Plan period draws to a close and the 15th Five-Year Plan period begins, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) has summarized its major development achievements during the 14th Five-Year Plan and outlined the blueprint and strategic plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan. Dai Hegen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CRCC, stated that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the company demonstrated new achievements in serving national strategies, reached new heights in operational development, achieved breakthroughs in technological innovation, and stimulated new vitality through deepening reforms. By firmly grasping the primary task of high-quality development, CRCC has driven systemic improvement and historic leaps in its corporate development.
He introduced that CRCC has actively participated in the building of a strong transportation nation, engaging in the technical攻关 and construction of "century projects" such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway. The company has continuously consolidated its global leading advantages in high-speed railways, plateau railways, cross-sea bridges, and long tunnels. CRCC has also deeply participated in the Belt and Road Initiative, with a large number of landmark projects progressing smoothly or reaching completion.

The election of Xiao Mingqing, a chief expert at CRCC, as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering was highlighted as a significant achievement.
Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Dai Hegen stated that CRCC will further clarify its position and orientation, and earnestly shoulder its responsibilities and mission.
