On October 16, Hong Kong-listed mainland real estate stocks rallied, with Ronshine China (HKEX: 03301) surging over 10%, while Longfor Group rose more than 8%, and Sino-Ocean Group gained over 5%. CC Land International Group, Seazen Development, China Resources Land, Greentown China, China Vanke, China Jinmao, and Yuexiu Property each climbed more than 4%.
On the news front, on October 15, Shenzhen and Hangzhou simultaneously issued new regulations, marking the "August 28 New Policy" local versions landing in two more cities. From strengthening pre-sale management and advancing completed-home sales, to promoting the lead bank system and optimizing land supply, the synchronized implementation of new policies in two core cities within a single day signals that the local pathway for reforming the commercial housing sales system is becoming increasingly clear.
Among first-tier cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen have now all "completed the set" of detailed implementation rules, bringing the commercial housing sales reform into a phase of full-scale implementation.
