Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (HTSC) has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the HKEXnews website and the company’s official site.

Effective immediately, HTSC is adopting an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A. Shareholders are encouraged to register an email address—either by scanning a personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and returning the form to the company’s Hong Kong H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key operational details: • If a functional email address is not provided, shareholders will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively visit HTSC’s website or HKEXnews for updates. • Actionable Corporate Communications, such as documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections, will continue to be sent in printed form as required by the Listing Rules. • Shareholders may still request printed versions of all future corporate materials at no cost by email or written notice. Such requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or renewed.

The company highlights the importance of accurate and up-to-date contact details to avoid delays in receiving information. Investor queries can be directed to HTSC’s service hotline at +86 25 8338 7780 or via email to huatai.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
