ENN Energy: BlackRock Raises Stake to 6.06% During Privatisation Scheme Process

The Executive of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers disclosed that, on 19 May 2026, BlackRock, Inc.—a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd—adjusted its holding in the offeree company’s ordinary shares amid the ongoing privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock sold 2,508 shares at USD 59.10 each and, on the same day, purchased 1,140,835 shares at the identical price, all transactions executed on a U.S. exchange for discretionary investment clients.

After the trades, BlackRock’s aggregate position increased by 1,138,327 shares to 68.64 million shares, representing 6.06% of ENN Energy’s issued share capital. This compares with 67.50 million shares, or 5.96%, immediately after the sale recorded earlier that day.

The disclosure complies with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, as ENN Energy is currently subject to a privatisation proposal through a scheme of arrangement. No other dealings were reported in the filing.
