CNE TECH CORP announced that on May 20, 2026, after trading hours, the lessee, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the lessor, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanshan Holdings, entered into the Hefei Dongcheng Baowan Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Agreement. Under this agreement, the lessor will lease the rooftops of five comprehensive cold-chain logistics warehouses owned by Anhui He'an Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., located at the intersection of Jinyang Road and Longcheng Road in Feidong Economic Development Zone, Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, to the lessee. The purpose is for the Group to design, construct, install, and operate rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation systems to expand its new energy business. The Group acknowledges that China's national policies are committed to developing new energy systems nationwide, including the photovoltaic power generation sector. The Group aims to leverage its leading industry strength and resources to seize this market opportunity and increase its market share in the new energy industry. The transactions under the Hefei Dongcheng Baowan Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Agreement will fully utilize rooftop resources in areas such as warehouses to build photovoltaic power stations. In the long term, this will continue to expand and enhance the Group's market share in the new energy industry. The Company intends to advance the photovoltaic project through cooperation with a subsidiary of Nanshan Holdings to meet its business needs. The execution of this agreement will enable the Group to utilize warehouse resources owned by the Nanshan Holdings group. The commercial cooperation between the Group and the subsidiary of Nanshan Holdings is expected to generate substantial revenue, which will diversify the Company's income sources and improve its operational performance.
