GALAXY ENT announced that Dr. Ye Shulin and Mr. Wan Zhuoqi will retire and resign from their positions as independent non-executive directors of the company effective May 13, 2026. From the effective date of their resignation, Dr. Ye Shulin will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. On the same date, Mr. Shi Rongxin will be appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee of GALAXY ENT, and Mr. Dai Lihong will be appointed as a non-executive director of the company.
