Public information reveals that in February 2024, Beijing Dongfang Zhuoyong Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc., made a new external investment. The company invested a total of 370 million yuan to become a shareholder in Zhangjiakou Chongli Taiwu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.

Consequently, the registered capital of Chongli Taiwu Enterprise Management increased from approximately 734 million yuan to about 1.058 billion yuan. The shareholding structure was adjusted to Beijing Ruiyi Investment Co., Ltd. holding 65% and Beijing Dongfang Zhuoyong Investment holding 35%. Yu Minhong was newly appointed as a director, with his ultimate beneficial shareholding reaching 34.65%.
