CREALIGHTS adopts full e-communication for shareholders in line with HKEX paperless listing rules

Crealights Technology Co., Ltd. (CREALIGHTS) has formally transitioned to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, complying with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that expanded the paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023.

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of documents—covering annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, auditors’ reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.crealights.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders are required to: 1. Proactively visit the above websites for all future disclosures; 2. Provide email addresses to their relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to receive electronic notifications; 3. Submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email crealights.tech.ecom@computershare.com.hk if printed copies are still preferred.
