According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 15, a shareholder of JINXUN RESOURCE (03636) transferred shares from Merrill Lynch Far East Limited to Citibank. This transaction involved a substantial portfolio value of HK$75.6499 million, representing 5.03% of the company's issued share capital.

The company's shareholder has been actively executing a series of share transfers over recent days. On January 13, a JINXUN RESOURCE shareholder moved shares from Huatai Hong Kong to Merrill Lynch Far East Limited, with the transferred shares valued at HK$212 million, accounting for a significant 14.18% stake.

Subsequently, on January 14, another transfer was recorded where a shareholder shifted shares from Huatai Hong Kong directly to Citibank. This movement involved a portfolio valued at HK$79.058 million, equivalent to 5.10% of the company's total shares.
