CHINASILVER TEC (00515) has issued an announcement stating that due to the further delay in the publication of the full-year results for 2024-25, the results announcement for the six months ended 31 December 2025 (the 2025-26 interim results) (including the opening balances) cannot be finalized.

Consequently, the company is unable to publish the 2025-26 interim results by the end of February 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.49(6) of the Listing Rules, nor is it able to send the interim report for the six months ended 31 December 2025 (the 2025-26 interim report) by the end of March 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules.

The company will make a separate announcement in due course regarding the 2025-26 interim results and the 2025-26 interim report (including the expected dates of publication and dispatch).

Due to the further delay in the publication of the financial results for prior periods, the results announcement for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the 2025-26 full-year results) (including the opening balances) cannot be finalized.

Therefore, the company is unable to publish the 2025-26 full-year results by the end of September 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules, nor is it able to send the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the 2025-26 annual report) by the end of October 2026 in accordance with Rule 13.46(2) of the Listing Rules.
