TRANSPORT INT’L Publishes Circular on Scrip Dividend Scheme and Opens Printed-Copy Request Window

Bulletin Express05-29

Transport International Holdings Limited on 1 June 2026 announced that the bilingual circular for its latest “Scrip Dividend Scheme” is now available on both the company website (www.tih.hk) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS and have opted to receive corporate communications—may obtain a hard copy by submitting a signed Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Local postage is prepaid via the enclosed mailing label; overseas requests require appropriate postage. Alternatively, a scanned Request Form can be emailed to tih.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The form is downloadable from both the company’s and HKEX’s websites.

The circular forms part of the company’s corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, and proxy forms. All future communications will follow the preference indicated on the submitted Request Form unless shareholders notify the registrar to change their selection or cease to hold shares.

Enquiries can be directed to Transport Int’l’s hotline at +852 2786 8827 (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00, excluding public holidays). The notice is issued under the authority of the Board by Company Secretary Mr. Yu Wai Cheung.
