Conch Venture Posts Interim Results with 35.4% Decline in Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders

Conch Venture (00586) has announced its interim results for the first half of 2026, reporting revenue of RMB 3.793 billion, a year-on-year increase of 22.9%. However, profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company stood at RMB 831 million, reflecting a decrease of 35.4% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share reached RMB 0.49, with an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share declared.

During the first six months of 2026, under the strong leadership of the board, the group adhered to its operational strategy of "focusing on core business, deepening potential, and enhancing quality and efficiency," driving steady progress in its environmental protection core business. The household waste disposal segment maintained stable operations, achieving simultaneous growth in waste intake volume and on-grid electricity generation. Operational efficiency across multiple business lines improved steadily, further strengthening the company's competitive edge in the industry. The new energy materials sector concentrated on market development and technological research, expanding customer resources and optimizing product performance. The lithium battery resource recycling business deepened its focus on process technology. Overall, the group's main operations remained stable, laying a solid foundation for achieving the full-year business targets.

As of the end of the reporting period, the group had promoted and signed a total of 128 projects across 23 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China as well as overseas. Among these, there are 101 grate-type waste-to-energy projects, 2 fly ash disposal projects, 2 independent kitchen waste treatment projects, 7 cement kiln waste disposal projects, 1 waste transfer project, 2 new energy projects, 10 comprehensive lithium battery recycling and utilization projects, 2 new building materials projects, and 1 port logistics project.
