Swire Pacific Publishes 2025 Annual Report, Moves to Full E-Communication and Schedules AGM for 14 May 2026

Swire Pacific Limited has released its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.swirepacific.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously requested hard copies will receive printed versions in their selected language.

The group’s 2025 Sustainability Report is available exclusively in electronic format via the same online platforms; no printed edition will be issued.

AGM DETAILS • Date & time: Thursday, 14 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. • Venue: Ballroom, Level 5, Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, Pacific Place, Supreme Court Road, Central, Hong Kong. Shareholders intending to appoint proxies must download, complete and submit the proxy form in accordance with the instructions provided.

TRANSITION TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and the company’s Articles of Association, Swire Pacific will adopt electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Key points include: 1. Both English and Chinese versions of all future communications will be posted on the company and HKEX websites; no routine printed copies will be mailed. 2. Actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be sent individually. 3. Shareholders are encouraged to supply an email address (via the personalised QR code or the enclosed request form) to receive electronic publication notifications. 4. Without a registered email, shareholders must monitor the company or HKEX websites themselves to stay informed.

OPTION FOR PRINTED COPIES • Printed documents remain available free of charge upon written request. • A completed Request Form must be lodged with the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, to receive hard copies. • A print request is valid until either revoked or until the publication of the next annual report, after which a new request is required.
