(Citic Offshore Helicopter Co.,Ltd., stock code: 000099, referred to as "the Company") recently received the resignation report of its independent director, Mr. Zhang Jinlin. Mr. Zhang Jinlin has served as an independent director of the Company since 2020 and, having completed a consecutive six-year term, has submitted his resignation as independent director and chairman of the nomination committee in accordance with regulations on the tenure of independent directors under the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies and other relevant laws and regulations. Following this resignation, Mr. Zhang Jinlin will no longer hold any position within the Company.
