EAST BUY's F4 Host Quartet Has Now Fully Departed

Deep News09:11

On the evening of April 24, according to an announcement from EAST BUY, hosts Mingming and Tianquan are set to leave the company. "Mr. Yu held sincere discussions with them and attempted to persuade them to stay, but ultimately respected their decision. The company also respects and understands their choices regarding personal career planning and development," stated the Human Resources department of EAST BUY. It is understood that both Mingming and Tianquan were core hosts for EAST BUY, belonging to the early main anchor lineup alongside Dong Yuhui. Among them, Tianquan was particularly prominent in livestreams focused on the alcohol category; he not only obtained a Level 3 Sommelier qualification but also once achieved a single-session GMV exceeding ten million yuan for alcoholic beverages. In December 2023, he was suspended from broadcasting for three months due to inappropriate remarks but made an early return in January 2024. Fans had previously referred to Dong Yuhui, Dundun, Mingming, and Tianquan as the "F4" livestreaming quartet of EAST BUY. Now, the veteran hosts have left one after another to pursue their own career developments. In July 2024, Dong Yuhui departed and started his own business, founding "Yuhui Tongxing." Dundun, who excelled in beauty product livestreams, left in June 2025 and conducted an independent livestream during the same year's "Double 11" shopping festival, surpassing ten million yuan in a single session.
